Welcome to a revolutionary fishing experience in the pristine waters of Cabo San Lucas. Tag Cabo Sportfishing was the first company to introduce guided kayak fishing trips in this region — a blend of adventure, nature and sportfishing from the vantage point of a top-tier kayak.
Over a decade and a half in sportfishing gives us an unmatched edge. If someone doesn't have a genuine passion for fishing, they don't make our team. This is never just a job for us.

An authentic experience
Kayak fishing offers an intimate connection with the ocean, free from the noise of larger boats. Our guides don't just guide — they teach local secrets, refine your technique and boost your chances at a dream catch.
Spaces are limited and fill up quickly given the uniqueness of the trip.
Who kayak fishing is for
Kayak fishing suits anglers who are comfortable on the water and want a quiet, hands-on way to fish close to shore. No prior kayak fishing experience is required — your guide covers paddling, positioning and fighting fish from the kayak in the safety briefing.
If anyone in your group prefers to stay dry or wants a longer run offshore, a panga or sportfishing boat can be booked alongside the kayak trip.
What to bring
- Swimsuit or quick-dry clothing
- Sunscreen, hat and sunglasses with a strap
- Water shoes
- A waterproof bag or case for your phone
