Whale watching in Cabo San Lucas is one of the great winter experiences in Baja. Tag Cabo Sportfishing runs private whale watching tours only — your group has the boat to itself, with no shared tour crowds.
Our whale watching season runs from the second week of November to the second week of April. The same winter months bring striped marlin to the banks, so the run offshore often doubles as a front-row seat for whales.
Why whale watch with Tag Cabo
- Private boat for your group only
- Choose from our fleet of sportfishing boats
- Local captains who know Cabo's waters
- Combine with a fishing trip during winter marlin season
Private tours only
Every whale watching trip is private. You choose the boat, bring your own group, and our crew sets the pace around your family or friends instead of a crowded tour schedule.
Pricing depends on your boat and group
The rate depends on which boat you choose and how many guests are coming aboard. Send us your date and group size through the booking page and we'll confirm availability and your price.
Larger sportfishing boats offer shade, cabins and elevated bridge seating — some of the best viewing positions on the water.
