These Terms and Conditions apply to this website and to the transactions related to our products and services. You may be bound by additional contracts related to your relationship with us or any products or services that you receive from us. 6. Charters, weather and safety

All charters are operated at the discretion of the captain. Departure times, fishing grounds and target species depend on sea conditions, weather, port closures and the movement of the fish, and may change without notice. The captain's decisions regarding the safety of the vessel, crew and guests are final.

Rates quoted on this website are in US dollars and are subject to change. Unless stated otherwise, quoted rates include the vessel, crew, tackle and two fishing licenses; additional licenses are charged separately.

7. Bookings, deposits and cancellations

A booking is confirmed only once we have replied in writing and any required deposit has been received. Cancellation, rescheduling and refund terms are provided with your booking confirmation. Trips cancelled by us for weather or safety reasons may be rescheduled or refunded at our discretion.

8. Warranties and liability

This website and all of its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis and may contain inaccuracies or typographical errors. To the maximum extent permitted by law we disclaim all warranties as to the availability, accuracy or completeness of the content, and we will not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from your access to or use of this website.

Except where an additional contract states otherwise, our maximum liability for all damages arising out of the website or any products or services sold through it is limited to the total price you paid us.

9. Privacy

To book a charter or contact us you may be asked to provide certain information about yourself, and you agree that any information you provide will be accurate and up to date. We take your personal data seriously, will not use your email address for unsolicited mail, and will only contact you in connection with the products or services you requested.

10. Assignment

You may not assign, transfer or sub-contract any of your rights or obligations under these Terms, in whole or in part, to any third party without our prior written consent. Any purported assignment in violation of this section is null and void.

11. Breaches of these Terms

If you breach these Terms in any way, we may take such action as we deem appropriate, including temporarily or permanently suspending your access to the website or commencing legal action against you.
