Fishing in Cabo San Lucas is shaping up to be excellent this spring, with consistent action across multiple species and favorable water conditions on the Sea of Cortez side.
Over the past week, strong winds on the Pacific side have pushed most of the fleet toward the Sea of Cortez, where conditions have been much calmer and highly productive.
Water temperatures are currently ranging between 77°F and low 80s, creating the perfect environment for pelagic species to thrive.

Striped marlin fishing has been very consistent, with good numbers being spotted and raised daily. Most fish are being found within 10–20 miles from shore, often near bait concentrations and temperature breaks.
